Extracting music from a movie

Could anyone tell me how to extract music from a movie I downloaded, I cant find the song anywhere, I really really like this song and any help would be awesome:thumbsup:

As for extracting music from a video
Do you have windows Movie Maker?
I would just use that as it's really simple.
