not starting right?

ok im not new to this but this is the first time ive seen this. my seed's start to sprout out less then 16th of a inch an then thay stop ive got them on a tray in a ziplock bag on a heat pad in the dark and have not let them dry out but this is what i get? got a clue? :confused:

hum, fist, the seeds must be humidified. is taht what u did? if so, well maybe the seeds are just shit, dunno man... but that sucks!

you need to get fresh air to em once a day at least.
maybe they are too hot?

Humidified=mini greenhouse,tent something to hold the moister in.Clear plastic bag.Plus as soon as they sprout, you need to get them seedlings under light or they will not grow.

yes i know that lol...i call it a propagation dome...i thk i got shity seed's from cannabisseeds.com hmmmm try try try agen.......o and i have heat pad just for growing thk.s ...all help is good for all to see....THE KING
