I put together small 32"x27"x16" cabinet. I put up four 42W cfl lights in a chrome fixture and lined everything mylar. I'm going to try growing each plant using three 9" pots once I get the seeds I ordered. I've got a little timer ready to go and am gonna try to keep the plants 5" or so from the bulbs all the time. But I pretty much forgot a vent. I'm figuring I can get by cracking open one of the doors while the lights are on and have a small desk fan blowing through, especially since the cfl lights aren't supposed to generate a lot of heat. Anyone have opinions?

I would look at putting a fan in the back of that box. It will save you in the end. Even computer style fans. The lights can get pretty hot I have found in my small cab.
YOu arer gonna want a fan at all time around your plants moving air. This will cycle carbon dioxide around to the plants leaves making them grow.
Thats all i really know 100% forsure about growing - that cool clean air movement is a must for decent nugs

Also when you hit flowering time you cannot have your door cracked open or else you will disrupt the flowering cycle. Like kdpecial said a couple of computer fans will do the trick.
