Im the first person EVER to make a thread in this section but people probably wont even find it lol.

anyway i think the GTA series are the best even the ones for the ps1, gta3, vc, sa are the best, ill never get bored of them!

Its the best because of the open endedness, i hope that is a word, of the game. I get clostraphobic in linear games which usually ends up with me either killing people who arent supposed to be killed and ruining the game or me giving up on it.

I still play the original GTA which is freeware now so you can DL the whole game, i think its like 20mb. Its a classic and will always have replay value in my collection.

God I love killing cops and picking up hookers and then killing them...

I have found that the only way I can enjoy GTA is on the PC. With the mouse, every movement is precise, perfect, much more controllable than a big clunky controller. And your face is a foot from the screen...
Try it. I used to spend hours every day just mucking around in San Andreas. I LOVED IT. But only on pc. I could ride a street bike and perfect it... I could do tricks. Insane stuff you would never acheive on a system. TRY IT.

GTA IV (No spelling error its 4, as Vice City and San Andreas were not numbered) comes out in Oct. Rockstar is also releasing Vice City Stories in October.

i own every grand theft auto game ever made grandtheft auto 1 for ps1 and the 1969 london version of gta1 for ps1 which very few people even know about, gta2 gta3 vice city san andreas liberty city stories for ps2. now they are coming out with vice city stories gonna have to get that now 2.

anybody following the court case about GTA? and the judge deciding not to throw out the case that GTA should have an adult rating on it? I guess because of the hidden porn scenes found within the "secret" parts of the game they decided to pull the Ma rating and give it an adult rating. Of course the developers got in a huffy but what do they expect? You can't go around selling modified porn games to pre pubescent teenagers, it just isn't right. - Especially when the rating is a false advertisement to parents. IMO the game should have had an adult rating anyways from the start due to its violence

I agree, they kick ass fool. The tunes on GTA S.A kick ass aswell with snoop and shiznit.

I second that. Over 75% of my hits are headshots, I can drive a bike across the map w/o getting a scratch, and some of the 'harder' missions from the console version are a walk-in-the-park on the PC.

Saint row is a bit of a rip off, but i cant deny that i've had hours of innocent fun robbing liquor stores and pistol whipping cops.
