So when I have my interview and take my test, and if I fail...

what happens? Do I go on a "bad person list" and shit?

I dont see how I could be in any legal trouble but Im not going to bother if there is.

Nah, you won't get reported. I've only taken one piss test for employment in my lifetime, I failed, and all he did was phone and give me the details. No problems afterward.

Don't worry about it. It's confidential. If you live with your folks and under the age of 18, they might inform your folks, but I maybe wrong on that one.

They can't even inform your folks. The only people they can inform are listed on that piece of paper you signed during the interview. Usually just the company you're seeking employment with. And even then I don't think they can be told what you tested positive for, just that you tested positive.

I think DOT jobs such a truck drivers do keep a riding dirty list. If the piss was for probation you might have problems but not for most jobs.

The only way that there can be any legal repercussions is if you are already on probation and the information somehow gets back to your P.O. But nobody else can see the results other than your employer ans the company that actually administers the test.
