wats the difference between indica and sativa, isnt indica better than sativa, the high??

Indica- short squat plants, good indoors, tends towards body high.
Sativa- taller, plants take longer to mature, tends towards energetic high.
Depends on your taste.
Many commercial strains are hybrids of the 2, and some even contain the Ruderalis type as well to reduce growing time.
