Drug test..possibly hair, by end of the month

I was informed last week that I need to go to have a drug test done by Aug 31st. (my ex is mad that i'm filing for child support so he called cps and said i'm a major drug user to make me look bad so he can get custody and not pay support) I'm a social smoker that smokes occasionally on weekends....the last time being 8 days ago and a very small amount. He also showed the cps proof (from an email i wrote to a friend) that I tried xtc 6 weeks ago...but it was a first time experiment that I only did once. Since cps gave me a 3 week window to get tested, i'm pretty sure that they will do a hair follicle test....or maybe blood or saliva test? Anyways, what are the chances of the test coming out negative? I'm not worried if it will be a urine test but I really need to gain some knowledge on this so I can be prepared. Any imput or advice would be appreciated....

I'm sorry to say this but if you have a hair test, they will know every single thing you have done, including the xtc six weeks ago. Hope and pray for a urine or blood test. The etx may be out of the urine and blood by now but the thc isn't.
If you have a low thc level just say you do it once in a while but won't do it anymore and offer to do random testing.
Do whatever you need to to keep the kids. (short of running off that is)
