Prices and shit are different for different parts, but that's definately a good amount of bud for $10. I usually buy kind bud, it's not killer shit but it's slightly above mediocre (at least that's how I would define it).

Getting a piece might be difficult at 16, I'm in Mass and you need to be 18 to purchase, though sometimes they don't card. You'll probably have to resort to making a ghetto bong or something for now. I see you don't have any pothead friends to show ya the ropes so I figured I'd try to fill you in on the basics.

How I would make a ghetto bong is grab a soda bottle, and burn a hole in the side. Grab some tinfoil and make a little bowlpack, poke some holes in it and pack your bud in. Also burn a smaller hole in the side as a rush hole, to clear the bottle. Or get a hold of some papers and roll a j! :rasta:

Yeah, you can eat cannabis. Couple things though as I've baked marijuana about 4 or 5 times. The high is really intense. Takes a little while to set in because you're digesting it, but the high lasts a lot longer. Usually about 1-2 hours after eating it you'll feel it, and it lasts 4+ hours depending on how much you've eaten, how much you put in, etc. Let me warn you though since you're a beginner smoker, it's really a different high than smoking. Very intense so be ready! You have to bake the cannabis in something fatty, like brownies, cooking it in butter, etc. THC sticks to fat cells. The weed needs to be heated for it to be released, so you have to cook/heat it up. I've made brownies and firecrackers before.

As for most healthy to smoke? I'm not quite sure what you mean. I know if you're using aluminum or tinfoil to make a ghetto piece it's unhealthy to do so. But I've used them a few times before when I don't have pieces around. You could use an apple to smoke out of too.

If you want to get a pipe, go to the hardware store and buy STAINLESS STEEL pipes. but i bet that bud would go nicely in a few joints. so you should roll a few joints instead.

Poke 2 holes with a ball point pen and you're done!
I remember breaking my ass trying to make these rediculous bongs but an apple always works.
Penetrate the top where the stem is and the center for the mouthpiece.
Place weed on top where stem was
Light it up and inhale through center hole.
If you stabbed it from one side to the other side of the apple, then hold onto 1 hole with your finger.

You want a healthy way to smoke?
It's too hard to make a good bong, so you're better off just buying a cheap one.

Well I've never used a can, but I've used tinfoil about 3 or 4 different times when I was a beginner smoker. But I didn't know it was THAT bad. Alzheimers runs in my family and I've had to take care of two different family members who have had it so believe me, I know first hand that it's no joke. Though I doubt a few times will do much harm, but I sure as hell wouldn't want aluminum depositing itself in my brain.

You can get papers at local gas stations or smoke shops if you have them. Just go to a gas station or convenience store and ask for papers. I get zig zags myself so just walk up and cooly ask for some "zags." You can do the same with blunt wraps. As for rolling machines, I don't know. My friend has one but I forget where he said he got it. I'm 19 and sometimes I get carded. I've been carded many times for blunt wraps and papers and even lighters, but I look young. Just play it cool and tell him you forgot your ID and ask if it's gonna be a problem. Usually they're pretty chill about it.

I had a roller and all the weed kept exploding at my face cause I kept using it wrong lol.
Fuckin hated how it scattered all over the floor to the hardest spots you can imagine. To this day there is still bits of weed nuggets on the floor of that dorm.

I think everyone is too used to being a weed champ. At least I still remember what it was like being a newbie and trying to make different smoke methods for myself.

I wouldn't normally recommend stealing, BUT you 16 theres not much you can do. Soooooo, go to CVS(if you have those near you) and look for the cigar/tobacco isle. They will have these bags of rolling tobbaco (for rolling you're own cigarettes). Look for some called "tops" tobacco, those bags of rolling tobacco have a pack of rolling papers sticky glued to the front. So nab one of those and then buy a drink or something so as not to arrouse susspicion.

The easiest DIY I've ever used is a contraption made from a cardboard toilet-paper tube or better yet, a paper towel tube. Cut a hole near one of the ends and stick an aluminum foil bowl in there. Voila! A homemade steamroller. Cover one end with your hand and toke out of the other end. Then release your hand to empty the "chamber" lol. They hit pretty hard too... Somehow when you're desperate for something to smoke out of alzheimer's is the last thing on your mind :)

heres how to roll a joint when you get your papers

there is a crease in the middle, grind up your weed so it is fine and powdery, NO SHARP EDGES, do not put seeds or stems in there, just green plant material.

once you have a bunch in there, fold the paper holding it with your thumbs and index fingers. all the weed should sit in the crease at the bottom of the fold.

now you want to get your weed packed together in a nice cylindrical line at the crease. rub the two sides of the paper together.

heres where it gets pretty tough:

you want the gum edge to be opposite of you. bring the side of the paper closest to you all the way down, keeping the weed at the bottom and packed up the whole time. now use the side closest to you and tuck it into the crease. the most important part is the edges of the paper, they need to be tucked tightly under the weed and the rest of the paper will follow suit. now slowly, patiently, but very firmly, roll the paper up until you get to the gum edge. lick this edge and press hard down on the paper.

youve got yourself a joint. sounds easy, but takes a few months to master.

and do not be discouraged when your first joint comes out really really shitty. we have ALL been there.

For a green dragon,just get some high proof alcohol (like everclear, it's 95% alcohol) and grind up some weed and mix it with the alcohol. Let it sit for up to three weeks, mixing it every once in a while, and then enjoy!

I love MArley Fest! I live in Austin and there are plenty of pipe venders at marley fest that dont card even though they are a little much sometimes...you can bargain with most. Your best bet would be to go to another music festival like Pecan street. you can usually get a glass spoon for like 10-20.

Yeah, that's seedy stuff. KB is just a slang term, it's not a particular type of weed. Those are probably regs, MAYBE low mids. But yeah, the first joint I ever rolled was pretty bad looking, but it got the job done. Sometimes I like smoking joints, but mostly I like my bowl or my mini-bong.

Usually, the skunkier smelling the weed, the better it is. It might have different smell varioations, like Sour Diesel or Juicyfruit do, but for the most part, the stronger the smell, the better the weed :D

Hi Grasshopper- Granny Storm Crow here. First off, welcome to the wonderful world of pot! BE CAREFUL!!! Be discrete! Go to you local hardware store and look for stainless steel plumbing parts, brass will do, but is less desirable- skip the copper stuff. You can throw together a pretty fair pipe for a few bucks. Avoid aluminium- the connection between it and a Alzheimers is not completely proven, but you only have one brain! Pot will not mess up your brain, in fact kids who use MODERATELY actually gain more IQ points than nonsmokers (too much, though, will cause a loss of IQ ) so don't over do it. http://www.cmaj.ca/cgi/content/abstract/166/7/887 Don't do your school work stoned, unless you are writing (I found it helped the creative end of writing when I was in college, but I "cleaned up" my papers straight.) Good point, green. The crowd I hung out with before I began smoking was in it just to get away from their other drug addictions, and there were seriously a shady bunch. I smoked up first with my best friend who is more of a down to earth type, and it made it all the more fun.
