Help 1st time growing

this is my first time growing. Ive made some mistakes, used the wrong lighting and got a lot of stretching. My plants are now approx 4 weeks into flowering and they seem happy enough my main worry is that I stuffed up with potting them and the pots they are in are way too small. As they are so far into the flowering stage Im reluctant to repot them in case I kill em or damage them as the stretching has meant that their stems arnt as strong as I would of liked. They seem to be doing ok in spite of this they have flowered well and I can see the resin in the leaves Im just waiting for them to start changing colour and hoping they do it before we go on holiday (4wks time) as I dont want to leave the harvesting of them to someone else. Also is it correct that when they flower I dont give them any more fetilizer as this promotes leaf growth.:confused:

give them fertilzer with a high middle value (N-P-K) use (12-55-6) That promotes flowering, I use superbloom, it comes in a big jug and is at lowes/home depot for $10. Light is the number factor in growing but just get the plants as close to the light source as possible without damaging the plants. At four weeks you should have bud formation going on and make sure you kill the males or keep em seprated. If you don't have a lot of buds think about trimming away lower branches that get little light so the plant can focus on the tops of the buds. Then around harvest take the tops first and then give the middle portion more light, basically harvest in stages.Good luck.

Psycho, Repotting isnt a bad thing, in most cases it enables a larger root system to grow (the main reason to do it) it strengthens the plant, and just does good stuff all round.
Line up some stems with some little wooden sticks/bamboo, whatever, and tie them off with some gardening wire, or the stuff you tie sandwich bags up with.
This will help to prevent your plant from bending while repotting, the important thing is to make sure the roots see as little light as possible.
Partially fill the pot with your soil, add your plant, add more soil around the plant and pat down.
I've never moved one whilst flowering, I only do it shortly before flowering to allow sufficient root growth, although I can't see any reason why not to
{EDIT} If you don't feed your plants, they will die. You should change what they feed them.
N-P-K are the 3 main ingredients of plant food.
In flowering stage you should increase the P i think

thanx for that I stopped feeding em cos I read that feeding em encourages leaf growth and not flowering. N Ive no males I cheated n bought feminized seeds. I havnt the space to grow more than a couple of plants and didnt want to risk getting male ones.

repotted the biggest one seemed to go ok need more compost tomorrow and a different type of fertilizer
