Are you just popping them in the soil? What kind of soil? How far do you keep the lights away? Also, yes different seeds can take longer than others, but not by much in my exp.

Hmm, when just popping them into the soil it can take longer than 3 days to show sprouts. Also seeds don't need light, but they need warmth and a humid climate. Try covering the pots with plastic rap to try to keep the seed in a humid climate. Why aren't you just using the papertowel method used by so many on this board? That is the way I do it and have no complaints. Look up germination with the search feature and read up on it, maybe you will get some more tips.

Manure is hot. I hope you let the soil mixture stand for at least a month. Was your soil mix organic or did it have some chems in it? A organic soil mix, IMO, helps seeds germ faster than one full of chems. If you decide to use the paper towel method wait till the shell cracks and get a pair of tweezers and gently place the seed in the container tap root down. Make sure the soil in the container has been watered prior to putting the root into the container The seed should poke its head through in a few days. Hope any of this helps.

Happy Toking :rasta:
