ever since i started to blaze up a lot, i've been thinkin about dealing later in life. it's been something that i've wanted to do for a while, so i'm always buyin weed of different types and from different dealers, to see what's goin on.
today, suddenly, my parents decided to wait AAAAALL summer to tell me that we're in debt and that we can't afford my car. ALSO, my manager from work called to tell me that he's having a hard time with scheduling and that because of my college classes, i may have to get a new job (he'd give me a good rep, though, so...). i'm broke because i threw a party, need gas, need bogeys, and need to pay bills. now i find out that my family is BROKE, i may need a new job, AND i may not have a car for a while.
...luckily i saved enough money to buy about an ounce of weed. i'm thinkin of dealing and i know a lot of people who would actually buy off me. all of my other money went to my car and bills and my parents, and all that is left is enough for an ounce, a scale, and a few bucks for gas. SO... my question is... what's the best way to go about dealing in your eyes? my dealer told me to have people either come to my house while my parents are workin OR go to small parties where people need some ganj.

parties equal money. non smokers will pay whatever you tell them after a few drinks. then have em stop buy once in awhile. soon, you got a house and all teh dealings done there. one warning: be prepared to face the consequences which could include jail.

I would say since your in such a tight situation, use the money to help out with things your family needs then when you get back on your feet start dealing, you wont get busted if you arent doing anything illegal.

well see that's where i'm a bit shakey about this, which is probably why i'll just get another job... if i get caught, that would SUCK horribly.

that's what i was thinking, too, but yeah... i don't know... this is just kinda... scary for me because we've never been this in debt before and it's just worrying me. i'm sure we'll find a good solution.

i think you should just consider yourself lucky that your parents were willing to buy you a ride in the first place.. your family problem stems basically because your parents are nice enough to save up for a car for you, when in reality you should probably be working your own ass off to get your own automobile. i don't mean to sound like a dick but i bet if you had to buy your own car like most other 19 year olds then your family wouldn't be in debt
if i were you i'd take that O and sell it in grams to make the most of your profit if you're really that strapped for cash

start dealing man if your not stupid you wont get caught its not that hard just do not deal in any sketchy areas or with people you dont know personally
make sure your customers arent rats
ok, well here are my thoughts:
First of all, you know that you could potentially throw away a major part of your life if caught. Not saying that you will get caught but it is illegal and if dealing chances are it won't be misdemeanor possesion, it'll be felony possession with intent to distribute. So you must accept that as a possibility.
If you can, then next you need to realize that it is more difficult to make a big profit off of weed in the same quantities as you can other, harder substances. This however, can vary geographically. If there are other rivals in your area who are well established with good sources then they can afford to sell higher quality at lower prices.
You will be starting a business (albeit an illegal one) that requires some work, but to me in dealing the biggest way to establish yourself is to be honest and fair with your clients. Give them a reason to keep coming back and they will, remember this is an entirely word-of-mouth enterprise.
That being said, living with your parents (which I must assume you do based on context clues) makes this even more difficult because your availability is lower than someone who is perhaps a bit older and has their own place. Remember, when people want weed and know several individuals to get it from they will generally buy from the person that:
1. Can get it fastest (nobody likes waiting, especially to get high)
2. Can get it cheapest (this is just simple economics)
3. Can get it consistantly (not just every so often)
4. Can be considered a fair and trustworthy dealer (human nature)
If you ask yourself if you can satisfy these criteria then you should have no problem, but most dealers really sell so they can smoke for free and have a little cash on the side. To turn a profit big enough to count as an income, then you would really have to move into the larger market of mass-growing which is a whole other ballgame.
Just some thoughts, good luck with your decision! :)
