Pictures are kinda blurry so in a way it looks like a hermaphrodite but then again it looks like a 100% male.

It's a male. Those balls, and you said it's early in flowering- males show first, and if you're going to see hermaphrodite tendencies they usually show up later. By that time, you would have already killed your males.
