NEED HELP!!!!

I got 4 plant about flowering time on my porch.
but the street light is on the night.About 10 meter from the plant.
Not directly on the plant anyhue.
But will this slow down the flowering.
WHat to do,

Stick trashbags over them. Cheap enuf and light leak problem solved. Just make sure you get them off before the sun gets hitting on them.
