yellow leaves and other problems

So I just recently started taking care of a plant that my friends couldnt take care of anymore. There are some problems with it though. A few of the leaves have turned yellow and there are no leave on the bottom of the stem. I need help reviving this baby. please help guys. Im using Moisture Control Miracle Grow for soil, I wish I had better, but it was all I could find. Water every 3-4 days. Using Oxygen Plus. And using Distilled water. Any advice on what to do and what nut's to add in to help out my baby? Thanks a bunch my smokers

i use a 10-10-10 ratio of NPK nutes but diluted at first... I think tomato plant food is about the same. I am not 100% sure on that so I would double check... how are things going with this grow?

Well this is 5 days later from the first pics. It looks better,and healthier. Although I do think I might have problems. There are black spots on a few leaves and soem of the leaves have white spots. what do you think I should do?
