I wanna give up cigarettes but its so hard.... :( :(

i must of tried more than 10 times

i've been going 2 days so far and its killing me i just wanna go to the shop and buy some

Anyone else in the same position? :(

nah i know how it is.... lol i realy needa stop im young and im smoking menthol... lol o well fuck it.. i love a square every once in awhile... jsut DONT chain smoke campbell...have a square every few hours just to get the buzz!... Run, work-out, do something :thumbsup:

Sorry to say for me it took a year before I was confident I wud not pick up...

the first 21/2 to 3 months were a bitch"the hardest test of willpower" I have ever experienced in my life...

wintergreen or peppermint life savers!!!!! buy bags of em... chew em... suck em... play with em...


the opposite of sitting and smoking is exersize and not smoking so get the fuk off the computer for 15 minutes and run yur fat ass around the block a few times,,,and while yur at it pick up sum Lifesaverz...LOLz...

yeah its hard if you've got a 20deck though i could go through 20fags in 1-2 hours :(

Yeah, i was working on a movie set a couple of years ago, when the key grip came in one morning and said he was glad to be on a job, 'cause he just gave up smokin cigs (or fags as they say across the pond). He was imposible.... he was absolutly the worst, short tempered prick. So i sent one of my guys out to buy a carton and to leave packs on his tool box, his kit...all over. I know i should have been more supportive.. but some one was going to get killed. It was in the name of safety

Only 3 days of physical withdrawl the rest is in your head

I really need to quit for football, I can go two weeks with lots of confidence but I have a tendency of just saying fuck it

what does it mean? 3 days, 7 days, 12 days its still the same i know it gets easier but what changes after 3 days you still want one dont you?
