Got an 1/8th OZ today.

Very powerful buzz. I felt both the sativa and Indica effect. I think it's a hybrid, I might be wrong =/. A huge creeper. At first I thought I was trippin' out because I wasn't feeling anything at all, a few minutes later I start busting out laughing out of the blue.

i'm pretty Grandaddy purple and the purps are both clone-only for this time only...

i've heard both are great, but that the purps packs more of a punch... but i also hear GDP tastes better

I have this strain for my recently started grow /clone setup. i got it from clone from the Medical club in Berkely, California. i was told it was started in northern cali. my strain flowers in 58 days.... a quicker purple. Its great in CaLI!!

I've heard they're the same thing, just depends on who you talk to. Although the Erkal seems to be 100% indica while the Grandaddy doesn't send you to the couch quite so soon. At least in my experience. They're both in the tops as far as potency goes and will blow something like blueberry or white widow away.

grampa #4 is a variation of the Purple Irkle, good stuff maynard!

altho I do agree with Smoky McPot 5, it doesnt look like the GP#4 or Irkle to me, as its not purple all the way thru, just on the outsides.

and in my 'own' experience, irkle and gp#4 is a definate indica. I am sure there is some sativa in there, but definately more indica.

I would love to get some strong [purple strain] seeds but evrywhere i look i can only find strains that have 5.7% THC or less[according to descriptions]. Does any1 know of a purple strain with over 15%THC that seeeds can be bought commercially?

it can still be a purple strain but if the climate doesnt get cold enough towards the end of the crops the chlorophyl [shit that makes it green] wont break down and let the purple color show through so yes it could be grand daddy and still be all the way green with no purple it all depends on the climateb:thumbsup:

looks jus like my grandaddy purp, and basically my favorite besides nyc haze, but um diff batches yield diff colors, the grandaddy i used to get a year ago was almost all purple even the stem, but this year hte batch is differnet and is mostly all green, but has the same smell , smoke and effect of the grandaddy purp, so the smoke is wut tells u the truth if u kno bout tha grandaddy like that....its official tho looks like my last batch, we pay 25 a gram here for it, and around 60-65 an eighth..
