I'm sure it's not as swinging as amsterdam, which is where i'd love to move to if i could afford to...Ahhh Cannabis Heaven

I live in Alberta and lived in the mountains in BC for half a year. Cannabis is def. not legal here, but they are, around here, very flexible when it comes to ganja. Anything under 28g's, no jail time, unless past convictions, just a small fine or a court appearence to fight the ticket.
If it's anything under 7g's, they'll just take the ganja away and send you on your way. Anything above, you will get a $115 ticket, or fight it if you are "not guilty" ;)
Bud is cheaper compared to some US prices. Quality, I have no clue where US suppliers get it, and I can't see why someone in the States growing can't grow just as good as a Canadian.
1/8 go for $35 here. Sometimes $30, often $30 in the right parts of BC.
1/4's for $60.
1/2 for $100
fulls for $200
All Canadian grown. Even the shitty "corn cob" weed that goes for $50 an ounce.

Seeds have always been illegal in Canada but they just started to crack down on them recently. This is the internet, it's worldwide and we ship around the world. If you have seeds available and you are in a country where they are legal then I guess it's ok to offer them but you must state that you are in a country where they are legal and you can only offer them to people in other contries where they are legal.

that's interesting.. i guess that's why i can go downtown and buy seed from a shop? They're legal in Canada , illegal in the U.S that's what the whole Marc Emery thing is about. Not sure where all these misconceptions come from. Some people think Cannabis is completely legal in Canada but then some say seeds are illegal. It's strange how misinformed some can be.

Cannabis seeds are not legal in canada and never have been. The police are forced to grow them out to determine wheter they are just bird or hemp seed (legal) or pot (illegal). So up until recently the police in canada didnt bust seed sellers due to the large amount of work involved. Theres a difference between police ignoring seed sellers and their being legal

You're right.. there's good reason for confusion.. the laws don't exactly make much sense and haven't been revised in decades.
"Emery, Williams and Rainey-Fenkarek are accused of selling viable marijuana seeds over the Internet to U.S. customers. Selling viable seeds is illegal according to Canadaâ??s Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (selling sterile seeds is not), and carries a sentence of up to five years (less a day) imprisonment. Although there is general acknowledgement that seeds are sold regularly in Canada, the law has not been enforced since 1968, with the exception of a case in Saskatchewan in 2000 when Ian Fergus Hunter was convicted of selling viable seeds and sentenced to a $200 fine. In comparison, similar charges in the U.S. carry penalties of 10 years to life imprisonment without parole." - www.canadians.org
You say Potato, I say Potato... even in law this seems to hold true.
