i incourage every person above 18 to vote in our upcoming governor elections. Vote for KInky and help legalize cannabis. If one of the "mainland" US states legalizes cannabis, (Texas at that) many other states will follow suit. So this year VOTE KINKY!

Won't we need the help of a different legislature instead of just Kinky? I don't know much about his plans on marijuana legalization or other things, but I'm curious whether he's promised to introduce legislation.

I heard on the news tonight that in a recent poll, Kinky and Carol Keeton Stayhorn and Chris Bell are all running neck in neck. They tied one another with 18% of respondent votes each. Rick Perry had 35%, which was a lower number than he got on the last poll, so his approvals are sinking. .

I have actualy seen some polls that put Kinky ahead of Perry...so you dont always know which polls are right. Friedman is deffinately the most pro-marijuana canidate, and definately the best of the four. I will be able to vote then and am telling as many of my friends that can to vote for him too. SPread the word, tell your smoking and non smoking friends...first step towards legalization in Texas.

There is a televised debate Oct. 6 out of Austin. Might be funny to watch.

weed prices won't go up for people that are allowed to grow their own.

And without the black market driving prices up, it will be cheaper even from cash croppers.

Also as has been stated, it's one step at a time.

Polls state that 75% of Texans want it legalized for med reasons.
That takes away the stigma and the myth that is has no medical purpose.

Besides, Kinky is a great guy.
Better than what else is offered for our vote.

I was lucky enough to be in Gainesville a few weeks ago when Kinky was there for some sort of rally. Got to shake his hand and say hi. He's just as funny in person as he is in the media spotlight.

I listened to a lot of his speech, and he really made a lot of great points. I wish his message could get out better, and that people wouldn't vote against him just because of his looks or quirks. He would be sooooooooo much better than the clone we have now.

Onward!
