No, he's not talking about immigrants, he's talking about a-migrants. "A-" is the Greek prefix meaning "without", as in a-theist and a-typical. The a-migrants are the people who haven't moved from their country of birth. If you hate people who have lived in America their whole lives, you should "whatch" that video.
