Light Reflectors

What type of light reflectors shall i use for my grow?

Im going to have about 8 CFL's. Is the any point using one? Or what about just 1 big reflector at the top covering 4 lights.

are you panning to make a reflector from scratch, or fit the lights to a bought one?

if your going to make one, your going to need to mount the lights on somthing anyway, you could build somthing like this for under a tenner, a sheet of MDF and a pot of white paint

ive seen coke cans cut in half the long way made into mini reflectors you just have to make one for each bulb a pain but works
