when will my plants start to bud..?

i started theese plants in the late april, and the buds havnt started yet, i cant even determine the sex yet. is that normal? someone told me i wouldnt be able to figure the sex until the lighting was 12/12 but that wont be until october aruond here(its outdoors) and i cant keep them out much past mid-october cuz it starts to get really cold.

Hi Prowler,

You will have to wait until mother nature does her thing...

Although, OFTEN a plant will start to reveal its sex after 6-8 weeks regardless of light cycle..
