Transfer

My seedlings are currently in compost and are about 1 week old and looking good, they are about 3" tall both with 4 leafs. Now what am asking is at what stage can i transfer them in to my hydro's

Ive attached a sketch of my hydro and was also wondering at what level the nuts should be.

Oh and also another thing as well, my nut is 26-8-16 is this ok.

well seeing as people are taking to long to give advice, ive poped them into the hydro. Now all ive goto do is sit and wait and make sure the roots take.

give them nutrients at half strength for now then increase in a few weeks
