30 days to be clean?

Is it only 30 days for THC to leave the body. I keep hearing about this 90 day deal. I've quit for almost 4 weeks and only smoked a small "j" once practically every night though. I almost immediatly started lifting weights. I am almost 6' 3" and weigh about 210-220. I also started taking creatine, multi-vitamin and protien supplements about three weeks ago. I am a city worker, so I work out in the hot sun and sweat a lot...also drink a lot of water. May have a drug test this week (Wednesday). If not then it will be near the end of the month. What are my chances at beating this test (Urine Test). Thanks in advance for any info!!!:confused:

It's been fifty days for me now and I'm still dirty, I use to smoke about a gram a day for years. I have been able to pass a drug screen since June 9th, that's a dip test at 50 ng/ml, those things your doing will help give a false positive, if you dilute, and if that's the way you go try to take some 3 or 4 aspirin and reread up on the method. Thanks Dfguy. I was thinking about diluting, but I thought that I wouldn't have to. I'm Canadian and I've never heard of these home test kits. A gram would last me maybe 3-4 days and I only would smoke joints. I guess that I should really find this home kit to see where I'm at. The U.S. is only a 10 minute drive from me.

If you have been a chronic smoker for more than a few months 30 days. once is 2-5. Like a few times a month is less than 2 weeks.

90 days is for a hair test. But noone can tell you that you will or won't pass a drug test. I passed one in 5 days and my friend failed one in 2 months. Best way if you are unsure is to either substitute or dillute

Yeah, I smoked "pinners". For some reason that's all I ever needed. Low tolerance for Marijuana. Kind of like a cheap drunk.

I smoked just like you about a gram every 4 days. I work out 3 times a week doing high energy cardio that makes you sweat like a pig, but I have been doing that for years. I stopped smoking for 3 weeks and passes a home test with flying colors. Good luck!

Cool jlsgirl, I workout 6 days a week and jog maybe 3-4 x's:dance: a week. A lot of sweating from every day work too. I can't tell you how glad I am to hear this positive comment. I will try to get the home test anyway.....just in case.

I would definantly get a home test cuz everyone is different. I am 5'7" and about 140 and don't have a lot of fat and that is where it is stored. Good luck with you test and let us know your results.

False alarm. I have another two or three weeks before the test which will be way over 30 days clean. What a relief, I think that I can take it easy now.

I think you'll be fine, dude. But monitor yourself with some home tests (order off of ebay cos they're cheaper) to see how you're doing. I was able to buy myself time and was 60+ days clean. I'm a middle-aged woman with low metab, plus a plus-sized chick but not grossly so. I started testing clean after 27 days.

30 days is the general rule for the average user. Since you'll have 40-50 days, you should be fine, but keep home testing yourself.

If you're buying tests at the drug store (Walgreen's, CVS, Rite-Aid, Osco) just get the THC if that's all you're worried about, cos they're cheaper.

Hey ebay has them for cheap. 3 home test for 6.25 USD +s/h. maybe custom fees if you can't find someone in canada to sell em. But on ebay, you can find anything.

i'm 17, 5' 11", 210 pounds, lift a lot (football player), took a test two weeks after smoking about 1 gram over 2 days(after a previous 2 week break) so if you work on construction you should be fine in a 4 week period no doubt

the half life of thc is anywhere from .8 days to shit it's on some faq somewhere...
