Hey, I just germated some seeds and which way should I point the white thing? Down pointing into the soil? Or up? Thanks!

To not sound like a noob in the future the "white thing" is refered to as a taproot. And you would plant it with the taproot down. Meaning the taproot is going in the soil and the seed is pointing upwards :thumbsup:.

p.s. My first sentence was not meant to offend, I was really just trying to let you know :p.
