I was wondering if a 1 foot tall plant would be able to bud off 60 watts? And if it cant could you reccomend me a light bulb with high watt content.

fluorescent light will not penetrate beyond 4-6 inches, so unless you want popcorn fluff, you better Scrog or get a better light.

LOL, thats compleatly wrong. Fluor lights can produce nice yields. But you need more light to get more bud.

the only reason i am using a 60 watt is because it is inside of a computer and it kinda pressed for room. As long as i yield around 3 grams ill be happy.

No, but I can recommend a lower watt CFL that puts out way more
lumens than a 60 watt incandescent. A regular bulb like that
don't put out enough light for productive plant growth. I think
they only put out around 10% light and the rest is heat out put.

look into CFL's you would be using a lower watt, less heat and
more lumens with those they would be perfect for what you
are trying.
