I searched on this forum through countless pages and still didnt find a clear answer on what the humidity is supposed to be. I see in some forums people are trying to raise the humidity, but then i read a pamphlet that said you dont want the room to be humid because the leaves will grow wider with less resin. So i am looking for a clear answer on what the humidity is supposed to be at. And what can you do to lower or raise the humidity?

Thanks for the help everyone, hopefully i will be skilled enough to stop asking all these noob questions.:rasta:

High humidity does not hurt anything during the seeding stage, but after the plant starts growing, 50% humidity is the idea range for soil grows.

HPS lights knock humidity down quick. But A/C type venting and exhaust is critical. Some growers have to mist their plants to raise humidity.
