Ok I know lots of people who have a problem with smoking at home with their parents there. Vaporizers are the best way to solve the problem, but not everyone can afford that shit. Windows and fans and air purifiers are risky.

A few weeks ago my friend showed me the cheapest and easiest way to smoke at home. It is called a Blow-Thru.

You need either a toilet paper roll, or a paper towel roll cut in half. There needs to be no paper on it. Next you take a Downy sheet (http://www.workhomeplay.com/tools/Downy-Sheets,-Mountain-Spring--7186.htm). Place a sheet or 2 over one of the holes of the toilet paper roll, and put a rubber band around the sheet to keep it securely over the hole. 2 or 3 sheets of tissues or toilet paper may be used if you dont have Downy sheets. Next, pour powder laundry detergent into the tube, about 1/4 of the way full.

Now, when smoking out of a pipe or bong, exhale your smoke through the open hole of the Blow-Thru. A light mist will come out of the other end and then disappear, and your room will smell like Downy instead of ganja.

Most people already know about this, I wish I had discovered it sooner.

no need for the powder (make a mess?).. the sheets work 100% and when I toke in my room w/ a spoof, I toke by the window.. but when I hit w/e, b4 I exhale I cap the bowl 2 stop it form smoking, then exhale thro the spoof.. dunno if it covers any smoke that comes off the bowl, but it might..

Its a pretty effective method, but its still nowhere near perfect, since it does leave a faint smell of smoke still, since when you light the bowl/bong there is always excess smoke burned off the top, expecially because a lot of people are under the impression that the goal is cherrying the entire bowl.

The only perfect method is smoking in the shower. Steam up the shower, blow the smoke in there and even hop in to get rid of any possible trace of smoke smell. Flawless method.

Don't your rents wonder why your rooms smell like a washing machine? :p Just curious, I've never tried it, but if I was a parent, I'd wonder why my teenagers room smells like a laundry basket. Just saying, no offense.

It smells more like smoke and a laundry basket. It really doesen't cover up the smell of the room all that good. It helps, but its not perfect. Its just that we get used to the smell of the smoke so we can not smell it ourselves so its hard to tell.

what i do was go to the sheetz down the road, go in car care section with air fresheners and buy a bottle of ozium
one second spray will eliminate all of the odors of a medium sized room

Smokers should have respect for those who smoke and those who dont.
If your parents dont want you smoking in THEIR house, then you should respect that. Not try and make things to prevent them from finding out.
If you got caught with weed your parents could also get into trouble. It's not hard to go toke in your back yard or in the garage..

Im lucky, i live on my own so i aint gota worry about it :)

i actually bought some ozium at this amazing headshop a while from here. they had a 6 foot bong, tons of hookahs, $500 bubbler, and salvia and a lot more. if it was closer id get a looot more from there. i tried the ozium when me and a few friends smoked weed, clove, and salvia in his room and it was perfect. its only $5 for a little spray can, kinda expensive but worth it!

i pack a whole bunch of those sheets in a water bottle and poke little wholes in the bottom of the bottle, its a little stronger and lasts longer. :thumbsup:

Werd, I just go out on the terrace and smoke, or just walk outside and smoke.
It's really not worth stinking up your room and smelling like a pothead.
I remember a friend who dressed/looked/smelled like a pothead. His room stunk so bad of weed it was pathetic. There's no way he could ever get a gf but he fixed his act and actually got a gf.
I always wear special weed clothes that I only wear for smoking and I hide them under my bed (I also hold my pipe in the pocket so I can just wear it and readily take out my loaded pipe). I go out past midnight when my parents are asleep, light an incense and smoke.
