pot is susposed to only keep you high for about 1-2 hours so then why do you still get the "groggies" in the morning, or when you wake and bake your so much more relaxed all day?

I will have to agree with you sort. I do also feel more relaxed and not as tense the next day after getting ripped the night before.

I get that a bit as well. Get it with herbal (non-psychoactive) rollies though-I think by smoking a lot of plant material of any kind it releases [toxic] carbon monoxide ito your blood, which makes you fell slightly chilled and drowsy.
