Advice for finding sources anywhere

Not sure if this is the right forum to ask this in, but hey - I often travel around Britain (and occasionally I end up in other countries), and while I can find weed in my hometown (it's the one good thing about it), I haven't quite got the knack of finding it elsewhere. Any guidelines on how to find a half-decent source in any random city? OK, I'm painfully innocent - help me out here :D .

Ok. First head into your local hood, look for fairly large groups of people with doo rags and exco clothes say sompthing like yo dawg can you hook me up with some green give them the money they give you weed. smoke the weed in your bathroom.

if i'm in dire need at night i'll go up to parked cars with people in them. almost never fails by the 3rd car or so
