the stem bent all the way down so that the leave are in the dirt...i was transplanting it into its final pot yesterday and i guess i hit the stem on accident....the plants young...only about 4 days old and the stem was already fucked due to stretching...o i left it hoping it would just come back it self after a few hours of light...i looked at it this morning and its still in the dirt but the whole top just like shifted its position towards the light.....i was wodnering if its ghonna stay like this or is the stem gonne repair itself?

you SHOULD have proped it up with a toothpick or something.
but yeah its very possible for your plant to spring back to life.
infact, plants that go thru stress while theyre young will grow up to be extra strong! :D

The stronger the light the faster the recovery. This is where 52k lumens comes in handy.

how do i use a toothpick to prop it up?
Push the tooth pick in right next to the sprout. Use another twopick to carefully raise the sprout up and utilize its nearest leave to brace it up.
Or..
Carefully raise it, eyeball where the toothpick has to go to be in place to brace the sprout with a leaf when you release it.

I tried this and it worked!!!! If the toothpick dosnt work well then get a fat straw (MC Deez) and cut it down the middle then CAREFULLY open it up and gently put the stem in between the straw. Make sure you leave it long enough to place some of the straw in the soil for support. You also have to be very carefull when u remove it cause that can slice your stem up.

hahahaa...I've done the straw bit meself buk. Keeping it from slipping is a drag. More like a splint than a brace that way. (fyi...having to go through a thing like straws and toothpicks...sucks ass. Not wanting things to suck ass makes for paying proper attention to getting seedlings off to a healthy start.)
btw...dryst, eats easy enough to find something handy....chopsticks, a whole straw pushed down far enough...a skewer ffs. Small diameter thing though, keep a mind toward not hacking through root.

Just leave it and let it grow how it is.
It will increase the yield most likely.

i just killed the little fucker...i tired the straw thign but i think the stem was just to fragile and the leaves were to big for the stretched stem to hold...plus i think from it laying in the dirt 1 of the leaves started turning brown...it was starting it 2nd node to :P...oh well i dropped 5 more bag seeds in the pot...
heres a pic after i pulled the root off

take scotch tape and tape it lightly with a starw to support it, i actually cut the straw length wise and wrapped it around then tapped it and used some string, my girl was back the next day, give it plenty of water and the least amount of stress possible
