First time buyer

Ok so heres the deal, I've been smoking up for a while now but only in groups, so this saturday me and my mate are gonna buy some weed for the first time.

The guy were gonna buy off isn't a dealer, and we'll probs only get a 'teenth, but, as I don't want to arse around with scales I was wandering how big a sixteenth is, by sight (in comparison to my thumb or whatever), and how much a reasonable price (UK) would be for some.

eyeing the weight of weed is by no means an accurate game. If you dont have a scale, you prety much have to trust the guy selling it to you. roughly speaking.. 1/16 of an ounce would be about 1.5" x 1.5" if its in fairly small pieces pushed into a square on a table. If its in 1 nugget, its kind of hard to explain.. you just sorta know by looking at it from experience.

ps. iv never heard of anyone buying a 1/16th. why not just get a dub?

1/16th is called a ten in the uk, it should get u about 4-5 king size joints mixed with tobacco, otherwise 2 pure joints, so u should know tht if you get 4-5 joints u haven't been bumped.

Right, a 10 bag is 10 quid, and the weed should be about the size of three 50 p's

Well a 1/16 is just half of an 1/8 (simple math :D). That's about $15-$20 (CDN) here.

Eying it will be difficult, but you'll just have to trust the guy the first time around, but you should be able to get at least 4 normal sized joints out of it, or 6 bowls or so.

It hard to say actually what it would look like its actually impossible because it depends how compact the bud is.
