watermelon fest was last Sat. night at Last Concert on Nance st....didn't get there until about 9:30 but bands were just gettin cranked up by then.stayed until about 2:30 with friends...didn't get lost going home this time( mainly because i didn't drink)....all in all it was a good festival

food is mainly mexican..fairly good ..since i'm off thursday..i'm going Wed. to hear Pot Roast .....i'll be on far left by or under the canopy...they have drum circles both wed. and thur...sometimes its free....if you go later about 11:00...you can walk right by sometimes...who is going Wed. night???

I would love to make it HM, but with our A/C still out my cashflow is much like Kegs.
Surely there are others in the Houston area that like music and good food!
