Quick Fix Heating pad question

Hi everyone. Quick question. Can I use the included heating pad multiple times or is it only a one time use? I don't want to open it if that is the case. Thanks in advance.

Also, I plan to store this in the glove box of my car just in case. I live in Phoenix, Arizona though and sometimes the car can get to more than 180 degrees. Should I not leave in my car during the summer?

Keep it inside. Yes, it can only be used once. They take at least 30 mins to heat up.
