How much would an Acetaminophen overdose be?

Depends on your body size, but I wouldnt take over 4,000 mg. After that you might start getting sick and 5,000 mg is probably around the toxic dose on average.

ok thanks...i wanted to trip so i had to take thylenol cold pills...didnt hit the 4,000 mark so im good

There are a ton of better things to take then tylenol cold pills. If you are trying to get fucked up on DXM why dont you just take something with DXM as the only active chemical so as to not worry about it at all?
