what is a NARC in america?, im from the uk and dont knowwhat it means,

also what is 420 signifigant for?

A narc is a snitch/informant........the lowest form of human waste ever created!

420 is "suppose" to be the time of day when all stoners fire up. Kind of like a time zone party I suppose. It was originally a code telling some friends that it was party time........if I recall correctly.
