Do your photoperiod at night...exhaust the warm air out of your area...or my favorite...finding someone with a cold personality and locking them up in the room.

Not letting your plants rest...ehh...thats a thing I wouldn't do myself. At most, 18/6.

Any plant can only absorb so much energy from light throughout the day. It utilizes that energy when the lights go out. You could leave the lights on 24/7,and watch it crawl along...or introduce a dark period and begin seeing the results of significant growth that occurs while its in the dark.

That and it'll give your space time to cool down eh.

ok, im getting a slight upwards curl on sum of my leaves and sum of the fan leaves av just started 2 droop slightly. the leaves r a good colour n look healthy. im thinking its temperature related because its bin over 35c for the last past fortnight. check the pics out c wot u think.

35 °C is too warm...and likely is affecting the temperature of your solution...if the water in your tank is too warm...its oxygen deprived...if the water is oxygen deprived...the roots aren't all that happy. When the roots aren't all that happy...you'll begin seeing more and more deficient growth. As well as pH and total disolved solids (tds) are two major concerns when doing a hydro grow.

I suggest you hop over to the hydroponic forum and see if anyone there can help. I'm only recently heading to hydro and don't have it in me yet to pinpoint a determination rom pictures.

Alls I can tell ya...if your grow solution isn't right...margins of error aside, your plants won't be right.

I should add...you've likely got way too much light finding it's way to the water...the water will absorb that light by converting it into heat. So umm...cover that cage thing.

An air stone is fine and all...but still, if the water is too warm, the O2 won't last. Bad enough that the stuff starts out warm out of the air pump. Warm air mixing with warm solution = a deprived source of O2.

Theres a balancing act to be done to get good hydro results...teter too far out of the comfort zone and problems begin to mount.
