i just got an ipod video question

how do i convert videos to mpeg from wmv's, FREE and EASY. (hoping easy):thumbsup:

and i had two videos that already were in the right format but the sound doesnt work:mad: how do i get sound to work

i wouldnt know, i have a nano and it converts WMA songs to MP3ish type things
