well i been sober for a year, well i only had one relapse 6 months ago, so i am completely clean, but a few days ago i took two pretty fat bong tokes. i was wonderin how long this will be in my system because im so damn close to bein off probation. im a small person, only like 5'4" and i have a pretty high metabolism. i read on erowid that single use would only be detectable for 48 to 72 hours but i cant tell if that means one session or hit or what.

also how can i change my diet, eat less of, eat more of, to help clean me out faster?? niacin has never worked for me but i doubt my THC consentration is even close to what it was before so will that help at all??? same with AZO, but would i take those right before my test or iz it something like niacin where i take a dose a couple times a day???



PLEASE HELP ME OUT ON THIS ONE, IM SO DAMN CLOSE TO BEIN FREE I CAN TASTE IT, I HAVENT BEEN FREE IN LIKE 3 OR 4 YEARS NOW.

If you only took two nice bong hits and you have a high metabolism I would think that if you only drank water for the next 3 or 4 days that you system would be clean in that time frame 3-4 days. I have used the XXXClean drink once. It did work that time. But I did not smoke for about 7 days before I had to take the test. Heard that golden root seal from GNC will help too. Take about 4 per day. Good Luck!!

I say drink lots of water and you can clean out within under a week. I cleaned out from smoking numerous times daily in two weeks by drinking a gallon of water or more everyday. So you could in two weeks at least, but who knows, I could have been clean before that even.
