Its a mathematical equation, like the ones u used to tell ure mates, like think of a 2 digit number divide it by three, times it by 2, and add 4.............................................is ure number 7?

lol jimmi i chose 15 my answer came out at 14 not 7

15 divde by 3 = 5, 5 * 2 = 10, then add 4 =14 not 7 lol

all the symbols are the same.like there are only 8 different symbols, but they just have them posted multiple tiems to look different.it just randomly picks one,and might be lucky enough to get urs.idk maybe not

It's not really that hard. Every time you do the equation, it will come out to one of a certain set of numbers, each one of which is assigned the same symbol, so for example, the symbol under 9 will always be the one it reveals, because 9 is one of the possible numbers you can get.

It's simple really. Take any 2 digit number, let's say 48. Do the equation, and you get 48 - (4 + 8) = 36. Let's try it again, with a different number, say 79. 79 - (7 + 9) = 63. What do 36 and 63 have in common? they're both multiples of 9. In fact, any time you do the equation, you'll automatically get a multiple of 9. Now look at the chart and look at all the multiples of 9, like 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, etc. Notice something?

If it didn't work your not adding and subtracting correctly because you should always come up with a multiple of 9 like ermitonto said and all the multiples of nine (the only possible answers) all are assigned the same symbol.
