I don't mean to start a big debate or anything here but as a cannabis user I am extremely concerned about the impression we're giving the general public by allowing minors to engage in such sexually explicit topics. Come on now, we have sixteen year olds posting about their cock sizes and sucking themselves off. I fear this forum is influencing sexual malpractices and giving cannabis smokers a bad name. If we don't put a stop to this lunacy soon we'll be branded pedophiles and queers and then cannabis will never be legalized!!

This is CANNABIS.COM not SEXUALITY.COM or SIXTEENYEAROLDSPOSTABOUTYOURCOCKSIZE.COM and that is the bottom line.

well, they teach you sexual education when you're 12 in school(they did to me anyway). Does that mean that if you learn about sex before that, that you were to young to know these things? Will a sex ed teacher scold a kid for asking the average length of a penis? hardly... The psychotropics forum promoted the use of psychotropics if not directly, indirectly. That's why it was removed. The sexuality forum is nothing more than an area to discuss things about just that, sexuality..wether it be with the use of cannabis or not. It doesn't really come down to ethics as much as it comes down to what the owners do and do not want on this site. If open discussion about sexuality is on the list and psychotropics is not, then who are we to argue? We can simply voice our opinion but non of us have the right to say it is hypocritical or against freedom of speech when we allow you to make suggestions like shutting down the sexuality forum.

I completely understand what you're saying, and agree with most of it, but honestly, have there been any actual scenerios where little Johnny OD'd on cocaine and somehow this and/or any website like this was held liable? If not, than it might be taking an unneeded precaution, but I certainly do believe in the phrase "better safe than sorry".

In the end, it does come down to the owner's choice. They're the ones paying the bills. But from an outsider's point of view, those who "pick favorites" never end up making friends - something my mother always told me.

I think there are a lot of 16-17 year olds on that board who probably talk about sex much more than they do it (if they do it at all). Sex is often frustrating for teens that age, so instead of expressing their frustration, they pretend to be sexually active. It's basically an anonymous forum, so you can pretend to be whoever you want. It seems like an innocent escapist cort of fantasy.

I must say also that I find it ironic the amont of pressure that goes into having sex at that age causes preoccupation that makes it less likely that you will either a) get sex or b) enjoy sex.

:) You see my first two posts were meant to throw some humor into this thread... but the more we exchange posts, the more I'm starting to regret ever coming to this site.
I came here initially to learn about cultivation. I learned a shitload and am still learning everyday. In return, i try to help out as many people as I can with stuff that i had/am having problems with also. I'm not saying I'm a saint, but I'm also not a leeching idiot that deserves to be spoken to this way. You can all get on here and gang up on me, doesn't change anything.
I dont think theres one guest, registered user, or cafe member that has ever been offended by me.
I want to continue to be a regular on this forum, but telling me that my posts and pictures that i shared with others for their information is property of cannabis.com and will not be deleted is just plain arrogant and ridiculous. I feel bad for all the others that post pictures on here.:confused:

It is not up to the Mods, my friend...I believe that the user agreement tells you up front that no posts or attchments will be deleted if you leave the site...And you are wrong about your piks...Just like my piks here. Once I uploaded them to site...I gave away certain rights. It is like that at almost every site I know of.
