New here, and looking over all the pieces makes me want to share mine in its rememberence. She died 2 months ago when I smacked here against the sink cleaning. Over 2 years of dilligent service. I hope to get her repaired one day if possible, but shes thin. I designed the entire thing, down to the colors and all. Blown by Mada Glass in Santa Cruz.
1.5 feet tall, small diameter shaft and diffuser stem let this thing rip almost like a bubbler, no effort at all.
2nd picture is the little brother, a bubbler, designed by my friend. It also lost its life this year.
Last picture is a friends bud, which I helped with. Yay!
Thanks for looking guys. Once Im done spending money on the new grow setup, I will replace it. Ive been without a water pipe for months and its torture.

That's actually pretty sad, that bong is extremely nice looking.
Out of curiosity how much did it cost to have the people make it? I would imagine it to be expensive

I sort of know the blower, so I got a screaming deal of $160! The bubbler was $120, another steal. The owner of the bubbler is actually getting a brand new one made, however this one is double perc and $280!!! Here are a few pics of another one of his bongs, a slightly smaller version of mine, still with the sea theme. This one was $140. These are essentially what I think would be wholesale prices for shops...so you can imagine it gets pretty marked up from there. I wish I had a picture but when I first met this blower, he came over to show off his work with a $3000 double dragon double perc headpiece bubbler. Needless to say...I was convinced on the spot.

one more picture, just because I stumbled upon it. I still have a little of this saved. I believe it is a friend's older brother, but he never would tell me...

It's to bad it broke. But now you can go get a new bong. Maybe go back down there and make an exact copy of it?

hey man welcome to the site
thats a really nice bong man, my slightly cheaper and less cool looking glass bong died the same way yours did.....she shattered as soon as she hit the pocelin sink...
i love how your bro is taking a solar hit in the second pic, it works so good
if your bong broke cleanly im sure your buddy will tack it back together for you, if not then its a damn shame

man I so wish I had taken a picture. I tell people about it then my explanation doesnt do it justice. Essentially, it was a very thick inside out headpiece, that in total dimensions was about 2 feet long and a foot wide. It was 2 dragons fighting eachother, with a knarly blue and red fuse. It was a double perc (double chamber), and weighed about 8-10 pounds. Unfortunetly, I did not get to smoke it as he was selling it. I have seen about 30 pieces of his work and have neen incredibly impressed everytime. Spikes are definitely a continuing trend. I havent seen something of his without a spike.
I am also really impressed with his repair capabilities. Another friend of mine had an old head piece bong where the shaft was made of 7 different intricately designed pieces, then a knarly bottom piece. It fell a full story and broke the bottom off. The blower was able to blow a new regular cone bottom (Im so over round bottoms) with a deep blue that matched it, gave it a few spikes, and a matching blue bowl.
Unfortunetly the only drawback of my bong was the thickness. The bottom was quite stretched and thin, however it was made very well and kilned a long time. I have smacked it full-on into wood, glass, my sink, even pavement and it survived. This one had just the right frequency I guess. Only about 1/3 of the bottom broke, so it seems repairable, but because of its thickness Im not sure it can be redone without just doing a new bottom, which is sorta dumb cause the top isnt anything special. Plus this blower has been way difficult to get ahold of lately... We'll see what happens.
I definitely will be getting my next piece from him. I want the exact same thing, but I want to toss down $250 for the same thing so I can hopefully get a little thicker, add in a little more seaweed and maybe 2 fish. There is an awesome marble on the otherside you cant see.
PS. I will never wash another bong in the sink again...

Well I never considered myself a proud person, so I taped my bong today. Pictures to follow later. I had a hard time doing it, because it feels so...ghetto? Such a nice bong I hate to use it that way, id almost rather just leave it and keep using my crappy pipe.
But then I said...who am I? A prick? And I taped it up, 2 small bongloads of Romulan x Super Silver Haze with a little bit of Rock Bud bubble hash. Needless to say...I am EXTREMELY happy with my choice. No leakage at all. Duct tape looks like ass, but its been 2 months since i smoked out of it. Hits almost the same, doesnt taste bad either! Lates, Im going to go kill people in Counter-Strike. Best way to entertain myself while medicating for my shoulder (nasty injury) hence the mj smoking. Prescription drugs give me nasty migraines and major nausea.

Heh, I thought I was the only one who used a mag. glass to smoke bud. By far the best way, taste better and doesn't really burn off the THC as much as a lighter. And for everyone out there never use buetane lighters!
