Pretty crappy band? I think they're fucking awesome. Their new CD, One-X, I have it on replay on the time. I fuckin scream my LUNGS out when I play them. I feel so much better by the time the CD's done. lol

I like it better than their self-titled album.

as long as it has a good beat and I can smoke to it, it's alright with me. my favorite is the grateful dead though.

I saw them live when they came to town a couple years back, and they definitely played with a lot of energy. It was an intense show. However, I still don't think there is much to seperate them from any other hard-rock / alternative band. The lead vocalist does have a different style when he sings, but after awhile, all the songs run together and they sound the same. These guys are great for a large festival like Ozzfest, where you go and see them once at a big stage, with a crowd ready for anything. But seeing them more than once is overkill.

I was wondering about how they would be live. I get the impression that they may be better live than on CD. I'd like to check them out live sometime if I get the chance.

It's weird you guys are talking about them live now. I just got back from a friend's, where I met this guy who plays in a band, he's the drummer, anyway he went to a Three Days Grace concert, and HE told me that they are SO fucking energetic in concert. 100x better than on a CD.
