Hey guys,

I have a quick question. If i place an order for seeds online with money order, could i give a different name for the shipping address and still have the package sent to me? I wonder because a friend told me if you give a mispelled or false name then legally it helps just in case. Was just curious

Thanks in advance, Sauce

You can never be held responsible for something you receive in the mail.... if you could, then what happens if I send Kiddie Porn to Dubya at the White House? Does he get arrested?

On that same note, if you receive something (a product - lets say a shipment from Amazon or something) in the mail that you didn't order, you have every right to keep it - provided it has your address on it and was not misdelivered

Deny Deny Deny, then deny some more when applicable

i dont know how it works for seeds but for anything i have ordered online you can have the name ssay whatever you want...not that it would get you out of anything i dont think since you still have to to have the billing address with your nanme as it appears on the credit card. but i dont think the boxes would have where it came from so really that is a good idea.

Yeah i think it would help, its makes sense that i wouldent be held liable for
anything coming to my address from a false name. Now if it did come in my name and something happened it would be a different story

Umm, so lets say your package gets caught and the feds warrant your credit card records (which is legal and acceptable)... the fake name doesn't do very much. I'd say buy a couple of bags and sort em' out... you'll find a seed or two.

Im not going to use a credit card, im sending a money order. Credit cards leave even more of a paper trail. I have tons of bagseed to use but i want to order some specific strains from bog

How so? What if I was your enemy, and I sent you a package in your name with illegals in it, then tipped off the feds? How could they POSSIBLY bust you with anything? You could get that thrown out of court yourself, no lawyer needed. Now if theres a credit card trail in your name, you might be up shite creek - but if its a cash or MO sale theres NO trail. Nada. Nil. Zip. Zero. Nein. Nyet. NO WAY to hold you accountable for a package received in the mail, whether its in your name or not.

Fine with money order, pointless with a credit card coz if they where that desperate to get you done, they'd check your credit card bills proving your purchase.

You'll be fine. theyre just seeds, dogs can't smell em, then again, dunno how strict they are with seeds in U.S.

If it was illegal too send seeds for me, and I had to for some reason, I'd empty the seeds from a paper slip packet of flower seeds with a nice picture of some flowers on the front an pop em in their.

Roses or somethin, you know what I mean, not flower as in a huge cola of bud ;)

They aint gonna tear the packet open and send it to some seed experts for double checking.

THERE IS NO CRIME IN RECEIVING ANYTHING, FALSE NAMES ARE USELESS.

But if i used one, it would be Jack Herer. :)
