well to sum it up im 16 and i got a DUI and i also had a drinking ticket so i got locked up for 12 days n im out on house arrest. they can also come to my house and drug test me when ever. you guys got any idea on how i can catch a buzz n wont fail my drug test haha thanks:smokin:

I'd wouldn't smoke. If they catch you, you're going to get violated.

Not worth it.

yea im not gonna fuck up i was jus seein if u guys had any ideas up your sleves........n yea im def. not smoking ill pry jus stick to my cigs for now haha i should be off in about a month but then ill stll be on probation o well

At least on probation there's some leiency.

Not on house arrest. You can get locked up for doing the most inane shit, and they don't give a damn. If you are going to risk it, do it on probation, at least you can scope out the routine.

I'd say to spend your time on probey "beating off" and smoking cigs till you get set free.

Yeah take the break from smoking for the time being. Even if they dont come drug test you they may still pay you random visits to make sure your home and staying out of trouble. Hope things work out for you

Well if the total time your in trouble and have the possibility of being tested is only a month then you could smoke and say that you did right before you got caught.. but if you wait it out and they drug test you at the end you might test (-) so yeah... I dont know man. If I were you I would wait.
