This is probably a problem for many of you. But I notice that a few days after I smoke, I feel very hazy, like i'm not all there, my mind is always blank and it's like I feel like i'm a zombie. I can't seem to remember what I was supposed to do and it frustrates the living hell out of me...
Do you folks do anything to combat this? Any herbal teas or supplements I can take to minimize these affects and improve my memory?
Any tips would be appreciated, this haze is driving me crazy.

I smoke everyday. That way you will never feel that way a few days after smoking cuz a few days without smoking will never happen.
uhhhhh.......you're high.......don't smoke if you don't want that feeling!!!!

hahahaha... im fo real lol...
na man i know how you feel, its like after we (recreational 24/7 smokers) go to a party and smoke a fat sack of some killer killer weed, and the next morning its like your still in a stoney stuper.....
i get this about every couple months of continual smoking, ill have a day or 2 like yours... drink red bull and take some bee pollen (vitamin)
it will get you past it.....
but i do have to agree with jr77... Everyone knows that weed will lead to you forgetting shit, if you dont want this (short or long-term) then id suggest to quit tokin pot my friend
its a personal decision to make, and i made it long ago........TO KEEP SMOKING TILL THE DAY I DIE :pimp:

That's a good suggestion! I know the 1st few times I smoked, I was fizzy feeling the next morning and was run down for a few days therafter, but it was because we were staying up all night getting high and going to bed at 6 in the morn still red eyed. Fucking up your sleep will mess with you weed or no weed.
the best thing to do I think is keep your body in top physical shape. And if it bothers you, simply cut back. There was a time when I would realize in my few moments of clarity that I was letting VERY important shit go because I would smoke weed all day and night. Cutting back does two things:
1. It makes me enjoy the experience all the better because I cherish it and savor each and every second.
2. Keeps that whole memory problem thing from happening and allows my body and mind a break in-between.
Not to say that smoking everyday is bad, as long as it's your choice and doesn't effect anyone around you.

everything has negative effects, including weed (yes, this may come as a shock to all of you)
try taking multivitamins daily, calcium, eating well, and drinking a cup of green tea every day
and no, getting blazed and eating 5 boxes of little debbies does not count as eating well
protein is a very good food for your mind...try eating more meats, and if your a vegan, beans and nuts

Good point. If you wait till late in the day to smoke, you get much higher when you do smoke, and you can enjoy it more cause you got shit done that day.

Folks, don't assume I don't exercise or eat well. Or that marijuana is 'too much for me'. I am simply looking for something that will help me combat the weed hangover and memory problems. I take a multivitamin every day and it doesn't do much. I will try some green tea, maybe that will help.
Anybody else have any other suggestions?

Smoking too much weed clouds your perception. Too much of anything can.

yeah man, i know what you mean. thats happened to me once and is annoying as hell, like when youre half-baked for an entire day following smoking. i think the best think to do is to sleep it off.. eat well.. and to do good things for your body. a cup or 2 of coffee cant hurt either :stoned:

My dad bought me a huge box of that shit when he worked at snyders. :) Works great for me, you have to take it for a few months before the effects really start to kick in though.

You're not "burnt out". You're depriving yourself of cannabinoid receptor activation.
With all these studies, it is possible for you to get burnt out by smoking at an age younger than 21. If you're older, and haven't already been burnt out (hypothesis), then there's no possible way that you can get burnt out, and that's a fact.

I actually enjoy this feeling. I enjoy being sharp and completely sober as well, but sometimes a day or two of empty-headed simplicity can feel prettttty good.
I'm surprised so many others have it.
I always assumed it was becuase of my extremely fast metabolism... ?

ginseng and caffeine
drink lots of water, i feel like after a long week smokeage, i am very dehydrated
sleep
citrus fruits (vitamic c)
excercise a little
I smoke cannabis all day everyday. I havnt been sober in around 3 years, getting on for 3 and a half years now and life couldnt be better. I dont get any side effects from weed, nothing. I feel on top of the world. It even helps with my chest from smoking cigs. Thats why as far as im concerned cannabis is 100% harmless, and safe. To me its safer than water.
Green Tea, Bro =) Not only is it hella good for you, it's got a good amount of caffeine and natural substances to clear your head up and keep you going it; it's great shit. If you REALLY wana clear up fast, I've noticed Salvia knocks off a lot of the lazy, zombie-brain feeling you get after smoking. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't tried it myself.
Course, I always advocate that people take good weed breaks as well. I usually stop for about two weeks to a month after I've finished off a sac and then buy some more. Love getting blazed when I haven't had any for a long time.

Nah, nowadays, I pretty much smoke once or twice a week. I will take this advice and drink some tea, exercise a little afterwards, and drink plenty of water... Maybe that will get me feeling back to normal.
