Are you checking the pH of the soil or the water? Also maybe after you gave them that dose of Baby Bio you should've waited. It looks like a deficiency though if you ask me...Btw, what type of pH meter are you using. Is it a cheap kind? :p
I seen this with babies in the past. At least in my case, it seemed to just be a "young plant funk" that they grow out of. I've tested watering at beginning of dark cycle as a possible remedy but no solid results on that.

im checking the ph of the water before i use it and yes i shoul buy a soil ph tester but as i said this soil is the same brand as i used before as this didnt happen the other times, but i guess even if it is the same brand it is going to vary. when i have the cash i will get a ph meter.
but if it was the soil would it not effect all of them as well?
root rot??? im not a heavy waterer but perhaps the soil tried out in top inch a lot more than below one time: so many varibles....

Well yeah, you should get a soil pH meter and yeah if it were the soil it'd effect your roots also (which could be in the process) when pH is too high or too low the roots cant absorb nutrients and eventually down the line when it's time for feeding they'll just suffer.
