anyone here ever buy anything from ebay? I love it. i bought a new window motor for my van for $22 and installed it myself rather than paying $100 for a shop to do it, and i just bought a cord to connect my phone to my computer to make free ringtones of any song i want for $8 normally $45 through my phone company. car audio is also rediculously cheap on there. what do you guys buy off ebay?

I only buy hard to obtain items from e-bay...computer and electronic hardware, tools, etc. I sell lots though...got some of the coolest shit this side of the Mississippi.

I've ebayed severall times with not bad stories to tell of. I allways get exactly what I've been wanting super fast at dirt cheap prices. Just research your seller and you'll be fine.

It's so funny b/c a board I mod at, there are 500 stories everyday about someone getting ripped on on e-bay. I've been using it for years, not that I'm a heavy user or anything, but I've never had a bad deal buying or selling. Just be upfront.

Yea, I've heard horror stories, but luckily no one I know has had any trouble. A good rule of thumb may be to not order anything really really pricy. Not a huge deal if I don't get the $20 set of headphones I ordered. I couldn't imagine loosin $1k to a bad seller.

I love it. Any thing i use once or twice, i resell and get almost all the cash back ussually. I sell a decent amount of things for a teen and i like buying books, movies, electronics, digi's, or whatever else i might need. I used ebay and amazon when i was 14-16 alot to get rid of cd's and such and friends electronics and thats how i paid for a nice chunk of the car i have now. Ebay can work in great ways for most people, you jsut gotta knwo what ur doing and shit.
