whats the best way to control the light cycle outdoors to induce flowering?

ummm... i guess ill answe this. You Dont. the light cycles naturally change. when winter is nearing, the light periods are shorter..the plant reacts to this by making fruit (males make pollen) to insure the plants survival.

just put your plant out at the right time and dont worry about it. harvest by the way the trichromes look
