GTA vice city Vs. Scarface

Anyone whos played gta vice city notice that it was kinda a little bit like the classic film scarface?

Especially the bit where you take over the mansion it looks exactly like the one in scarface with the red walls and carpet etc...

or is it just me?

Ha ha! The game was suppose to be like Scarface, on purpose, they meant to do that. :)

Notice both are based in the 80's...well, Scarface was in the 80's, the cocaine, the music, clothes, everything.

Yeah they modeled it after Scarface in some parts. Some of the songs too. Like that one "rush rush for the yayo" or w/e but yeah they tried to give it that certified gangster persona and what better way to mimic that then with the classic gangster movie.

I also felt the same way. I thought Vice City was pretty much like Scarface in some ways. But I didnt mind lol.

I like to ge the Tank and Blow the shit out of every thing....

get a sniper position and get 5 stars rolling..... Blow up every one.. keep shooting down the chopper......... let a few swat guys come at you and kill the too.....

I used to roll like that, but then pre-meditated sniper murders became my thing. I'd just follow some random person on the street for a while, then when I had a good shot, snipe 'em out. Lol, that game is so sick.

San Andreas is way better than Vice City,but for some reason i like Vice City better.

We already got Vice City which had some parts from Scarface.Scarface might come out and some people might say "aww man we don't need another Vice City"


the reason you like Vice City better is because it is the only GTA game with a decent storyline whatsoever.

and the Scarface game is going to be much, much better than GTA:VC, take a look at this:
