What type of Salvia did you smoke your first time?

i thought smoking 20x extract is hard to determine the right doasge, isn't it like 1/20 to 1/10 of a gram's worth for a good trip? personall i smoked a gram of high-quality dried leaf my 1st time and that tripped me up fine.
